Effective date: October 20, 2026
APKGrid respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how copyright owners can report content and how we respond, in line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on APKGrid infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to dmca@apkgrid.net that includes:
- Your full name, address, phone number and email address, and the name of the copyright owner you represent.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on APKGrid where the allegedly infringing content appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
When we receive a complete notice, we will review it promptly. If the claim is valid, we will remove or disable access to the content and may notify the person who posted it. Incomplete notices may delay our response.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact details, the URL of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live. We may restore the content unless the complaining party starts legal action.
Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we will stop publishing content from users or sources who repeatedly infringe copyright.
Developers
If you are an app or game developer and would like your app updated, corrected or removed from APKGrid, email dmca@apkgrid.net and we will act on verified requests quickly.
Please note that knowingly making a false claim of infringement may lead to legal liability.
